These sales and delivery conditions shall apply to the purchase of goods on www.g-m.dk

Agreements will be concluded in Danish.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, acting through the firstname.lastname@example.org and not for purchases in our physical store.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We accept payment by Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Paypal and MasterCard.
The amount will be debited, when the goods are packed and ready to send. This is also applicable if the item, against all expectation is delayed. See if undoing and reversal of the amount under the heading ’right of Withdrawal’.
The prices are stated in Danish kroner. On top of the price shall be the price of shipping. You choose fragtformen at the end of the bestillingsforløbet.
We will deliver your order 2-4 business days after your purchase except fabric and textiles.The lead time on fabric and textiles is 4-7 business days.
Right of WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from a contract without giving reasons within 14 days. Have you bought several items in one order, you can choose to regret the purchase of some or all of the goods. See if the reimbursement of the delivery costs by withdrawal below.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or any other person chosen by you (not the carrier), receives the goods in physical possession.
If you have ordered multiple goods in one order, and we can't deliver the goods, at the same time, the withdrawal period shall begin from you or any other person chosen by you (not the carrier) will get the last good physical possession.
You have 14 days to cancel after you have received your order.
If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution day, christmas eve or new year's eve deadline is extended to the following business day.
Exceptions to right of withdrawal
You have however no right of withdrawal for the purchase of goods produced according your specifications or clearly personalised. It can be tablecloths or other items that are sewn or clipped on your objectives.
How to use the right of withdrawal
You want to cancel by giving us the message that you regret. For example, you can send a letter or an e-mail in which you inform that you regret to G&M, Edwin Rahrs Vej 32, 8220 Brabrand, tel. 86 25 43 43, email@example.com. You can not cancel by refusing to receive the goods or by failing to retrieve it without at the same time to give the message that you regret.
The withdrawal period is complied with if you send your message that you regret your purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.
The return of the product and returomkostninger
If you have regretted the purchase of a product, you must send the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Goods can not be sent per day. cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay for the return of the goods.
Goods such as fabrics, yarn, patterns, small sewing supplies, and hobby articles. The cost for the return of the goods can amount up to 100kr. depending on the size and weight of the package.
The repayment of the money by withdrawal
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery charges. It applies not, however, in the following cases:
If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only want to undo a portion of your purchase, we will refund not delivery costs.
If you have chosen a type of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery, that we offer, you get not, however, the additional expenditure refunded.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date we received your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing of the item and packaging
You are only liable for one. deterioration of the value of the product resulting from handling of the product other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the goods.
You are usually allowed to examine the product in the same way that you can and must do in a business, but you must not use it. If you used it in a way that you can't or can't do in a business, and we can't sell it again, or can't sell it at full price, you have to count on us deducting the depreciation in that amount, you must have back. If the item no longer has a trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
If the item is delivered to you in packaging, you must return the item in the original packaging.
You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You yourself carry the risk of the package (s) until we receive it. Therefore, save mail receipt and any track and trace number.
COMPLAINT - IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE GOOD
You, as a consumer, have 24 months of right to claim under the Purchase Act. This means that if the item is defective and you advertise in a timely manner, you have the right to have the item repaired or replaced in the first place. If it cannot happen or it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can get the money back or discount the price as appropriate.
A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material defect, or incorrect information about the product. On the other hand, ordinary wear and tear or damage to the product itself is not a defect.
If you believe that the product has a defect, please ask us as detailed as possible what the problem is.
Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. Save mail receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Please note that when purchasing larger quantities of the same fabric item, it may be necessary to deliver the fabric item in split clips.
We recommend that you wash the fabric before use, because of shrinkage and excess color.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Center for Complaints, the House of Commons, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Complaints Center via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaint is filed here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, you must provide our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
